that time isn't even close to a rule. it's been at different times just about each week since he was introduced.

He was found last week at 15:15 and the week before at 15:45 UCT. Given the time taken for him to be found, and for the finder to post his location on here or the wikis, I'd say that 15:00 is pretty good.

Don't forget, British people - we're running on UTC+1 at the moment, so for us he moves at 16:00, or 4.00 in the afternoon, whichever is sooner.
